Terms of Service

By visiting the website, submitting a form, requesting an estimate, or hiring WeWash Solutions, you agree to these Terms. If you sign a written estimate, invoice, or other agreement with WeWash, that written agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

WeWash provides residential window cleaning — including windows, screens, and window tracks — along with estimates and related communications in the Austin, Texas area. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, our services do not include window repair or replacement, glass restoration, removal of permanent etching or hard-water damage, or work at heights we determine to be unsafe.

• Free estimates are no-obligation unless a written agreement says otherwise.
• Estimates are based on the information you provide and conditions visible at the time, and may change if the scope, access, or conditions differ.
• Appointments are not final until confirmed by WeWash. Weather, safety, and access may require rescheduling.

• Provide accurate contact, property, and access information.
• Provide safe access to the work areas, including gates and yards, and secure pets.
• Move fragile items and valuables away from windows being cleaned.
• Tell us about damaged, loose, or cracked windows or screens before work begins.

Some windows have scratches, etching, failed seals, or other damage that cleaning cannot fix and may make more visible. Older or brittle screens and parts can break during normal handling. WeWash is not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear.

Unless a written agreement says otherwise, payment is due when the agreed work is complete. You agree to pay all approved charges shown in your estimate or invoice.

By submitting a form or giving us your contact information, you authorize WeWash to contact you by phone, text, or email about your request and related services. You may ask us to stop marketing communications at any time.

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not submit false or spam content, interfere with the website, or use WeWash names, photos, or materials without permission. Website content is owned by WeWash or its licensors.

The website is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeWash will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. For website-only claims, our total liability is limited to $100. For service-related claims, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid WeWash for the service giving rise to the claim.

Texas law governs these Terms. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and give both sides at least 30 days to resolve the dispute informally. Any lawsuit must be filed in the courts serving Travis County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
